You guys really surprised me. I thought for sure that PocketPC Vision would be the new domain name. Just goes to show that leaving it up to you was a good choice. I know it rarely happens, but I would have been wrong.
So, Pocket McDeb it is! Site title will change but the domain name will remain the same. I see no reason to change mcdeb.com for such a subtle variation. This should be nice and easy then. Modify one word in the logo and I'm done.
Coming in the very near future look for a brand new focus on Pocket PC software. I'm proud to say that I've partnered with eSellerate to give publishers the opportunity to offer their products here. Every software title published in the new catalogue will receive a detailed write-up from me on the home page. Should be a win-win for everyone. You get the latest scoop on what's hot and what's not in software, publishers get the exposure they deserve and I get a few pennies to help keep the site alive and kickin'. I'll be moving to a new server soon in order to give us the boost we need to host the new downloads.
Thanks for participating in the last poll. Now, I have one more for you. Does McDeb.com need a full-featured discussion board? I've been pondering this for a while now. Are the post comments and Zonkboard enough, or do we need more room to ramble? Traffic is growing by about 3% per month over the past 6 months. We average about 3 million hits and 62,000 unique visitors per month. But apparently most of our visitors are very shy, or maybe they just can't type
. I take that back! From the looks of my inbox these days, the keyboards are working just fine. So, what do you think? Come on, speak up...don't be shy now...
We need a discussion board. The Zonk board is okay but very limited. Give us some elbow room Deb!

I love your site just like it is. It is nice not to have a discussion board--I'm afraid it will take away from your uniquesness (sp) and perhaps tangents will take off in other directions than meant to be. The zonkboard works just great
Good point, Cheryl.

That's kind of what I've thought all along, but I just wanted to get some more input. Thanks folks!
Oh, and Doc...I can make a board just for you if you like. I'll come visit ya.
