Geek of the Week
It's now official. I am truly 100% geek.
My darling
husband nominated me for "Geek of the Week". Check out this article that ran in Tuesday's Cincinnati Enquirer.
I have never made comments before.
But with the article in the paper, I couldn't resist.
My whole family is still trying to figure out what I am doing with my Pocket pc all the time.
My sister and I have had Pocket pc's since january 2003, and have had a great time with all the web surfing and things to do with a pocket pc.
We get on our cell phones and then surf the web together. (We don't live near each other).
So congrat's Deb, the whole pocket pc thing is wonderful.
love your web site also...
Congratulations Deb!
My husband and I both teach at a small technical university in Colorado Springs (Colorado Technical University). Our new group of doctoral students couldn't wait to meet me because my husband told them that I'm more of a geek than he is. I was pretty happy with that!!
Appreciate the comments.
Look out boys, the women geeks are taking over!
Hah! Come on Deb, every guy knows that up to age 13 - 16 all gals are geekier(?) than guys...after that, well..then it's time for you start seeking after your ow. Uh oh, HEY DAN, WHAT'S YOUR GEEK METER READING TODAY?
Doc

Posted by: McDan at August 23, 2003 7:31 AMCongratulations Debbie. We need to have more female geeks
My kids swear that they live in the House of Geek! It was a veriy nice article, but where is the picture? We should have a female Geek convention!
I saw the article at PPC thoughts . . . congrats! It is easy to be considered as a geek in high school, but darn hard to be named a geek in geekdom where geek is the resposibility of geekizenship
