In general, what is the difference between the Standard and SE themes?

I have Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition (SE), but without VGA. Which theme do I download?

If the SE theme is for non-VGA WIn Mobile Second Edition, how does it differ from the Standard theme? Does the Standard theme also work on WIn Mobile 2003? Is there a difference in size of these two theme versions?

VGA is for devices running WM2003SE (second edition)
SE is for non-VGA devices running WM2003SE (second edition)
Standard is for devices running Pocket PC 2002 or WM2003.

Both the SE and VGA versions include landscape support. The standard version does not.
